North Coast Cleaning Co. wasn’t born from a business plan. It was built the way most real businesses are — from necessity, from experience, and from a genuine desire to do something useful in the community.
Our founder came home from Afghanistan in 2014 and spent the next decade building — rental properties, businesses, and eventually a deep understanding of what Pacific Northwest homeowners actually need. What he kept running into, over and over, was the same thing: people who needed reliable, honest help with the physical work of maintaining, clearing, and caring for their properties — and couldn’t find anyone they trusted to show up and do it right.
North Coast Cleaning Co. is the answer to that problem. A home services company built on military values — discipline, reliability, integrity — and operated by people who take genuine pride in the work.

2014Returned home from Afghanistan After multiple deployments, our founder returned to the Pacific Northwest and started building a new chapter — accidentally becoming a landlord and learning property management from the ground up.

2015First real estate investments Began applying military discipline to creative real estate strategies — buying, holding, and building equity across the Pacific Northwest through hands-on property management.

2018Launched and scaled an HVAC company Built a trades business from the ground up using sales funnels, systems, and a relentless focus on operations. Learned what works — and what doesn’t — when building a service business from scratch.
